Struggling the past few days spent this evening with friends . Ended up with me having a massive panic attack fleeing friends in the middle of the night and coming home to self harm . Handhold please xx

I don’t know what to say ..
They said stay over I fell asleep On the sofa .. awoke to the biggest panic attack needed to be home . Took me and my child home via Uber . Settled them and then took my self hatred out on myself . Hate new year it’s meant to be full of celebration of the year and postivity

newyear is never what its cracked up to be,you and your children are safe at home,breath deeply.home is a good place.

He asleep , me on the other hand can’t and is just full of hatred

good.Its a good feeling when your child is safely tucked up in bed isint it.I never relax until I know everyone is home and the door is locked.
