Grief

I am struggling with grief at this moment in time.
My Nan (who brought me up from the age of 9 - I'm 35 now) recently died and I just cannot cope.

I cry a lot
I miss her lots

I sometimes wonder what's the point
I think about being with her would be better

It's been a tough day, I just lost my mum, it's so painful, but your not alone.

I lost my two months ago. It is so hard, like waves the pain rises and falls.
Remember all the good things about your Nan and cling to the idea that she loved you and brought you up so that you could live your best life. Hang in there.

Lost ur mum today. Oh I am so sorry.
I just feel lost.
Dunno what to do.
Dunno what to say.
I miss her terribly.
I don't know how I am going to carry on for years without her - it just seems too long
