Hi. Have been on 10mg Citalopram for about 6 weeks (first time on anti-depressants) for stress/anxiety (teen DS with special needs). Went back to GP after 1st month and explained feel a bit 'stronger' but SO lethargic and sleepy. Said to try for 4 more weeks. No change. Anyone else had similar side effects? Have next appt in 2 weeks - wondering what GP may suggest.
