Drinking causes lots of calamities to happen that wouldn't have happened without it. I know I feel horrific after drinking, super low. Not having a job is scary. Taking small steps. drink water, tea, self care. google some meditation. Louise Hay always sounds reassuring. Self care is important.
Bath, clean clothes, clean sheet, wash on, tidy up, vacuum makes me feel much better. Then lists of what you'd like to do. Need to do. And then at least if you fall back into bed at this point the room is clean and not depressing :)
Food: colourful vegetables/fruit, helps healthy happy, water, and movement- whatever you like, be it walking to the shops/park, cycling, Yoga, staying in and doing a 3 min dance, star jumping, get some endorphins going..
life is ups and downs, don't get lost in the struggle. Christmas alone is what half the country wish they were doing. Peace and quiet. So this is where you are at, it's all flow. A new year is coming, spring will come all be it a while a way. take care of yourself and your thoughts.
