Can't help I'm afraid as not had my baby yet but as long term anxiety suffered & generally sensitive person I have experience feelings of rage over all kinds of things and then feel so embarrassed after loosing my temper in inappropriate situations (including in public! Confused). So I can relate to sudden feelings of anger & then shame . Are you getting help for the PND? Thanks
