I’ve been with the mental health/crisis team for over a year now. They’ve taken me off all medication and kind of left me to it. They see me once a month but I’m not having any counselling/therapy and they won’t give any medication. I’m still struggling with all the same problems as I was when I was referred to them and every time I see them we seem to take a step backwards and just sit and discuss how hard things are! Would it be unreasonable for me to speak to my gp (who referred me) or would they not be able to do anything really? I feel like I bother the gp a lot so don’t really want to make an unnecessary call! I’m so disappointed that I’m nearly 30 and I’m still with psychiatry/mental health and have made no progress in years!!
