I've never wrote into a forum before but I really wanted to just get this topic out to other mother's like myself that has had or has anxiety or even a mild depression.
For me I noticed my triggers was the children and their dad, I realised I'm incredibly needy and very attached to them so the thought of anything happening to them would drive me mad. Just constantly worrying about them all the time, are they okay, have they eaten good!
I came to realise that my anxiety moments was actually starting to affect my relationship with my partner (their dad). As we all know men do not have the exact same though process as us women (motherly and girlfriend worries) so he just couldn't understand what I was actually going through and it was just generally stressing him out and that I just needed to chill out!
As you can imagine being told to just ''chill out'' can become pretty annoying. I started to look through google as you do to see if I could find something to help with my anxieties other than going to the doctor. I came across the reviews of taking cannabidiol. And oh my god I actually can't believe how my life has changed for the better!!
My thought process is completely different I'm so much more relaxed with life and I even feel as if I have more energy, its amazing!
Honestly recommend this to anyone that has anxiety problems :)
