How do you go with the flow? And be more relaxed?

Everytime our group of friends start to plan something, I immediately start to panic about logistics and what is going to happen, how, where and when etc?

How do you learn to be more relaxed about things like that?

What do you mean by panic about logistics? Can you give an example? What did it feel like? What was going through your mind?

Sort of....

"How will we get there, will I be noticed, will I fade away, am I important, what time, how"

I know it sounds vague, sorry and I do suffer from anxiety, but it's the anticipation of what might happen that I what to work on.

Sounds like adult IAPT services could help you. Depending on your area, you may need able to refer yourself to them, or ask your GP to do it. Good luck.
