You may need the dose adjusting. Which meds are they?

I have found 5 HTP and CBD oil very good for anxiety but take care if you are already on meds.

Hi, I wish there was something I could say to take your anxiety away. I suffer from it too so I know how awful it is but I just wanted to say you’re not alone x

Anxiety is the pits of the earth. I have never had it before but I have suffered the last 18 months. It takes your life, screws it up into a ball and throws in in the bin.
I have found that lots of tiny little interventions and changes seem to help. It's something you have to take a little pick to and chip away at I think?

I’ve badly struggled with anxiety in the past. The jelly legs, the butterfly tummy, the panic attacks, not wanting to go out.
I worked through mine with a great counsellor. And I ran. I ran miles and miles, and it really did make a massive difference. Fresh air, exercise, beautiful scenery and the pride of completing a half marathon really did help so much. I can’t run now as my knees hurt, but I walk every day. I have to, else it comes back. So try a long walk every day if you are a mum. It really helps. It gets you out the house, vitamin D, exercise, and feel good endorphins.
