I have posted on here before. I have been taking citalopram for 3 1/2 weeks. I went back to work on Monday on phased return - 2 1/2 days for first week and building up over number of weeks. I am in a fixed term contract which ends at the end of March and I am uncertain if my contract will be renewed. I work in an industry that jobs don’t come up that often and I have been offered an assessment day for a role today. I have been having panic attacks all night and have decided not to go to the interview. This is making me feel very low and my mood is in the floor.
Am I just expecting too much of myself?
