I'm feeling very low, very alone.
Is there anyone who can talk to me a bit.

Hi. I’m happy to chat. What’s making you feel low?xx

missingdadd · 28/11/2018 22:48

I just feel so utterly alone.
There's people all around me, people who want to talk to me but there's so much in my head that no one hears and so many feelings that no one knows about and I feel so alone, even surrounded by everyone.
My parents are both gone, and I still feel like a child, and it feels so sad and so scary to be so alone

I lost my dad a few years ago. He was my hero. I miss him every single day.
I know what you mean about feeling like a child still. I still panic occasionally daily because there’s so much expected of me as a wife and mother. I miss the carefree days of being the kid. It’s scsry bring the grown up!

Scary being

I'm so sorry you're feeling so rotten. I was in a bad place too recently and the best thing someone said to me was that I deserve the same care and attention as my children, I was so upset by life events and physically unwell with it that I was struggling to take care of myself at all. Please treat yourself as kindly as you would treat anyone else who feels lousy for whatever reason. Hopefully you're resting and building yourself up just now.Flowers

Emet, adulting is scary at times! Don't forget to parent yourself too.......we need ourselves strong. Could you maybe do something for yourself that your Dad would have done and nurture yourself that way? I've lost my parents too, it's awful Flowers

Bless you, I really do sympathise and empathise. It's a horrible state of mind to have to live through.

You need to look after yourself really well.

Come on here and unload whenever you want.

I can relate to this. I feel like I need someone to look after me rather than me looking after everyone around me. It is so hard being an adult sometimes.

We’re getting married soon. I stupidly watched a video last night of a woman dancing with her dad at her wedding. I was a mess.
Obviously I’m so excited for the big day, but no idea how I’m going to hold it together! Waterproof makeup that day!

I just want to be gone :(
