Don’t be
They will just ask you what your problem is that bothers you, how you handle it now. Ask when you started with problem etc

First session is usually an introduction into what CBT is and a bit of a compatibility check to see if you 'click' with the therapist & feel you can work together. It's also a chance for you to ask questions about the treatment/therapy you will be receiving.
It's normal to be nervous, especially if you suffer from anxiety but facing up to this challenge is the first step towards your recovery. And remember if you don't like them you dint have to continue.
CBT generally focuses on the present rather than past, so they are unlikely to go into detail about your past experiences, and you won't be forced to talk about anything you don't want to, though you may be asked to recount a brief summary of how / when the problem started.
Hope it goes well Thanks
