How long have you been on the Mirtazapine? I was taking it (15mg then up to 30mg) as I have depression and EUPD. It was the only medication that really worked for me but they made me put on weight so I stopped.
That was a bad idea as my mood plummeted. I've just started back on them.
Are you due back at your GP anytime soon?

I'm on day 11 of mirtazapine. I was told that it got worse before it got better and any sign of really negative thoughts ring gp straight away, so if you feel terrible please please do go back.

Hope you're feeling better op, be kind to yourself, I've come to terms with the fact that I won't be fixed quickly. Baby steps Thanks

Been back to the gp and she's reassured me I just need to be patient and small steps it won't happen over night x

Gets worse before it gets better, but really helped me. Was worth getting used to.
