Bipolar disorder after giving birth

Hi just wondering if anyone has had the same experience as me and would like to chat. After having my first child i was diagnosed with post partum psychosis last year. I have now recently been diagnosed with bipolar disorder. How do people find parenting with bipolar disorder? So far i've been struggling and feel alone.

Have you contacted Bipolar UK? They may have support groups in your area, lots of information and advice online too. www.bipolaruk.org
