CBD oil for anxiety - does anyone use it?

Does anyone have experience of using CBD oil for anxiety?

Have been suggested to use this by a friend, but am baffled by strengths, droppers, dosages etc.

Any help would be appreciated.

Interested too. And where to get it. I know holland and barratt have it behind the tills but they are so overpriced.

I'm hoping someone will come along with experience. Holland and Barrett do sell it, but it's low strength and massively overpriced.

I've used the H&B one and it did nothing. Also cost me £20!

We have been using it for a little while with hope that it would be a pain relief and help anxiety and sleep issues. It has definitely helped with sleep, not sure about the rest! We used the drops and the vape

feathermucker · 16/11/2018 16:35

Can you say what form and strength you took it in please?

I can’t help with anxiety but my dog uses it for his epilepsy and it’s worked wonders. We started with a low dose and worked up as advised and I buy from a company called LoveCBD

Glad it's working for your dog.

Anyone else?
