Just started Sertraline- worried about driving

I have been prescribed Sertraline for anxiety and panic attacks and took the first tablet today. I feel very spaced out and I'm worried about driving. It's the only way I can get my DC to nursery/school but obviously want to be safe. What did anyone else do at the beginning? I've heard this is a common side effect. My DH can collect them today but it has to be me tomorrow morning.

I drive more than 20 miles to work and I was OK, however I cannot say (obviously!) that you will be OK.
Is there any way someone else could do it for a few days?

No, just me. If I don't take it until after the school run will I feel more clearheaded first thing, or will I permanently feel spaced out for the next 3 weeks or so?

I am on day 8 and this is the first day I haven't felt completely exhausted, however, everyone reacts differently.
