Good Morning!
So it isn't always easy being a good mum, wife, friend and life can be difficult to juggle. When it gets too much what do we do??
I am a clinical hypnotherapist based in Sheffield.
Having suffered for years with my own mental health (depression, anxiety & panic attacks) including a bout of PND and pregnancy blues I now specialise in Pregnancy, PND & Mental Wellbeing.
I am offering help to those in need, online or face to face.
With lots of tips and tricks for mindfulness, general daily mental wellbeing and advice tailored to you.
If you would like my help just let me know!
Have a great day ladies!
Danielle x

I would love your help too. Going thru a v difficult time, seemingly with no solution and am so anxious and depressed all the time. Have looked a little into mindfulness and it sounds great. Live in the moment and all that. Any suggestions would be wonderful !

Hi Danielle, I too would love some advice. I have bouts of anxiety which make me very nauseous. Doctor has suggested permanent medication, but I’d like to avoid that if possible. Any help would be appreciated gratefully.

Gosh yes please.... anxiety sufferer here. Sadly back on meds after 6 months off and really keen to learn some mindfulness as even though my anxiety is under control I am still a worrier!
