Being annoyed at almost everything

For the last few weeks it just seems that I get easily annoyed with anything.
If someone comes too close to me, if I’m being touched, if someone breaths or speaks to me or if someone touches my things. The list can continue 😑
I don’t really wish to lose my cool with anyone, so I’m doing a breathe in and breathe out technique - which is no longer working 🤦🏽‍♀️
I’m just hoping that it’s pregnancy hormones and it’ll go soon after birth. Has anyone experienced this before and if so, what helped you?

It's not you. Other people suck.

Actually in all seriousness it's prob just hormones. When I was pregnant with my first I actually followed a man in my car who had driven too quickly past my house, accosted him in the car park and gave him a right telling off. He was probably doing about 35 in a 30 zone. I was disproportionately angry. I'd like to issue a public apology 11 years later. Have you tried mentally skinning people whist deceitfully smiling at them? I've never been able to manage it but I wish I could.
