For the last few weeks it just seems that I get easily annoyed with anything.
If someone comes too close to me, if I’m being touched, if someone breaths or speaks to me or if someone touches my things. The list can continue 😑
I don’t really wish to lose my cool with anyone, so I’m doing a breathe in and breathe out technique - which is no longer working 🤦🏽♀️
I’m just hoping that it’s pregnancy hormones and it’ll go soon after birth. Has anyone experienced this before and if so, what helped you?
