That is clearly not normal and you need to see someone, is there another service available between your GP and A & E ? You could be getting severely anemic.

If you ring the out of hours you will
Be assessed over the phone, an on call doctor will likely ring you back and tell you wether to go to a and e or access a different service. Good luck lovely

111 or walk in centre

Definitely 111 - questions will most likely be are you on any birth control that could be causing it? Is there any chance you could be pregnant (Can still get periods when pregnant)? Defo take pregnancy test if there is a slight possibility to be sure as you can then tell them that. How long does a normal cycle for you last? Personally I have periods that last anywhere between 2 days and a fortnight so it's definitely not urgent enough for a and e and probably not for out of hours either. Have you got a high iron diet as biggest worry is that you could become aneamic if not used to losing this amount of blood. Can get iron tablets from Superdrug.

I wouldn't say it's an emergency unless you're soaking more than 1 pad every hour. For me it would be fairly normal and I would only start worrying after a fortnight but it isn't normal for you so I would maybe call 111 and get their take on it.
