Idk what to do?

I feel as if my anxiety’s been getting worse and have been stressed and panicky got most of today. I’ve also had to urge to go back to self harm, I feel alone and don’t know what to do Sad

You poor thing you must be feeling awful. There are some things you can do. Make an appointment to see your GP, contact Lifeline and tell people who care about you. My DD is in your shoes and when she told our GP she got referred to our local mental health clinic. She access support from the clinic.

You are not well but you need to pluck up the courage to reach out for help. Let us know when you contact your GP Flowers
