Has anyone here joined codependents anonymous, and did you see changes in yourself for the better? Thanks

My mum goes, she finds it very useful. If you think you are codependent you may also find ACoA useful, depending on your family history.

I am doing ACoA and seeing positive changes already

Then I would definitely suggest ACoA, your parents don't need to be alcoholics, just dysfunctional

jaxhwc · 01/11/2018 19:49

Oh, sorry, for your dad?

crispinquent · 01/11/2018 20:09

He wouldnt acknowledge it, being a "stoic" (emotions=weakness)
