I’ve recently being released after several months as an inpatient. I don’t want to be here anymore everything seems very superficial I’d be better off dead for all involved. I’ve the psychologist Monday and AMHT tomorrow but I worry if I told them how I really feel I’ll be sectioned and readmittee which will make everyone’s life worse. Feeling so trapped Angry

Please hang in there. Your children love and need you.

You wouldn’t necessarily be readmitted. Feeling suicidal and planning to act are 2 different things. If you’re honest with the MHT they might see that as a willingness to engage and want to support you. Hang on in there- these feelings are temporary and getting out into the world after being in hospital is a difficult transition. You can do this OP- keep posting here if it’s helpful.

Thank you. I’m planning to talk to the psychologist on Monday as I think next Wednesday makes sense from a family point of view. I agreed if I started planning I was to present to ED but I think that’s a waste of their time.

It’s good that you’re planning to talk to the psychologist on Monday. Even just putting things off until Weds is still a weirdly positive thing, in a world of tiny positives. Things could change, your chat with the psychologist might be productive. It’s never a waste of ED’s time if you are in crisis.

Not much to add @Grumpbum123 but thinking of you Flowers
