Anybody used the Mindfulness app?

I'm struggling a lot with anxiety and depression at the minute and wondered if anyone had used the mindfulness meditating app?

I feel this may be something I could see a benefit from but just wanted to see if anyone had any experience with the app, or even if anyone had any tips in general for coping with continuous anxious thoughts.

Thanks

Try meditating with this saying.................

“If you are depressed, you are living in the past. If you are anxious, you are living in the future. If you are at peace, you are living in the moment.”
Lao Tzu

Thank you @noego, that's a great saying

I haven't used Mindfulness but had positive experience with Headspace. It's definitely helped me handle my anxiety.

I use headspace too and find it helpful

There's also an online course (not free) you can do called bemindfulonline

Talk to your GP too about what's available in your area

Headspace is great. Another good one is 'finding peace in a frantic world'

Haven't tried Mindfulness but I'm another one that really recommends Headspace.

Another vote for headspace, just 10 minutes a day can make a big difference.

I like Buddhify - that's really good for anxiety.

My counsellor recommended this free online mindfulness course. It’s the same as an 8 week course run locally but I couldn’t get to it because of work so I’m trying to do it this way and so far I’m finding it really helpful
