First day on Sertraline..

Morning,

Anyone any advice on their experience?
Any side effects? How soon did they start/end?

Took 50mg at 7am this morning
I've never been on any ADs in the past and a little nervous about what to expect

We have a wedding to attend today so I'm a bit worried about being out of it
I've decided not to tell any family except DB and luckily this wedding is a friend one rather than family, but my parents are spending all day Sunday with me and not sure if they will notice something up?

You should be fine. I felt a little nauseous and dodgy tum but nothing obvious to anyone or spaced out. It will be ok and it will pass xx

I've been taking them just over a week now and felt fine. A little heightened at times, but nothing I couldn't handle. I suggest you just forget you've taken it and enjoy your day. Good luck.

I started 50mg last night also and have just felt nauseous.

It can take 2-4 weeks for you to notice any affects. Nausea and headaches are common symptoms to experience when first taking it

I was sick everyday with my pregnancy so I feel like I can cope with some nausea for awhile

They also made me have a dry mouth for about a week. Very strange sensation. Stick with them though.
