Dealing with triggers

I have PTSD. I’m in talking therapy and on meds. It’s getting there but I keep getting triggered by stuff and it’s just wearing to have to keep fighting.

Any good techniques you’ve learned? I don’t think I’m ready for anything like EMDR just yet so I more mean grounding or distraction techniques...
