Unsure how to help DH with work issues

DH has had a really turbulent year job wise...he changed jobs in March to try and be closer to home and work less hours, but unfortunately had to leave due to being bullied by another member of staff and the manager taking no action. His dad has been giving him some work through his business temporarily since this happened, but whilst the hours were good and money,it was never ideal because of the distance and also as his dad and brother were not running the business properly and his brother is notoriously awkward which kept resulting in conflict. He got approached by a company he used to work for asking him to work at another site.Good money, okay location although longer hours. He decided to go for it, but has been apprehensive and upset for the last week since making the decision and leaving his dad's business. He has started at the new job today but just rung me up crying down the phone saying he already hates it.He is devoted to us and a hard worker who wants to provide, but I think his mental health is really suffering and he is struggling to cope with anything.I just don't know what to say or do for the best :-/ I am a SAHM (we chose for me to stay at home as I am experienced in childcare and development and also breastfeeding day and night) but as I don't have an income we are really reliant on his income.I come from a very stable upbringing and am not used to constant change (unlike his family) so whilst I try to be patient and not blame him for all the issues (he feels guilty enough) I just don't know how we move forward.I want him to be happy but we need an income and some family stability
