When are you taking them? I take mine when I get up in the morning, but a friend has to take at night as they make her drowsy. We're both on 50mg too.

Hi again, doctor said to take in the morning otherwise they'd affect my sleep. i do and its still changed my sleep! i'm not stressing about it at night and stay relaxed but no, still waking up staring at the ceiling for hours.

Never thought I would need to take anti D. But goes to show...never know whats ro etc etc.been on serterlinecas as I said for 15...16 days today.must admit the side effects are definitely reducing. Thing is I keep yawning and wanting to sit and simply relax.I do have fits of energy and basically am busy. Really fed up with feeling tired. Can anyone tell me with confidence that this will go and is not a permanent thing .
