Therapist for kids

Hi all,

I don't know how many out there are experiencing the same thing but I thought I would submit a post to try and gauge whether I am having irrational thoughts about this topic. While my girl is still young, I'm becoming increasingly worried about being able to manage her mental health as she enters school. Does anyone see a therapist for their kids? Has it been helpful? It seems like there are a lot of alternative forms of therapy available (even online!) and I am wondering if anyone has tried therapy, what you used, what your experiences have been? Alternatively, do you think it's crazy to think about child therapist at all?

Your thoughts are appreciated!

I haven't personally used a child therapist but I've been the child in need of therapy- when I started having panic attacks aged 9.So it's definitely not ridiculous at all.
