Hi guys I'm fairly new to Mumsnet. I don't have any children but I'm in the process of ttc which is rather stressful. My main stressor at the moment is work. I work at a special needs college and this time of year is always hectic and one of my students is demonstrating a lot of challenging behaviour.
Basically I'm sort of coping but I'm stressed and experiencing more anxiety symptoms. I want to be supportive of myself but I keep telling myself I can't cope (not suicidal I mean just with the general demands of everything). Any advice on how to be more of a friend to myself?
