St Johns Wort. any good?

i have been taking this for the last couple of weeks but to be honest i don't feel any better, have other people found it any good? do i need to take it for longer for it to work?

it started working for me but maybe you need word with your doc or someone at holland and barretts?

i wouldn't say i feel worse on them but then i don't feel better either, i need less stress but i don't see that happening anytime soon.

Hi. I took it for about 3 months and it worked for me. It took about 10 days for it to 'pick me up' and then after that I started feeling better but can take up to 6-8 weeks. I stupidly came off it and now feel like rubbish again so have been on it again for about 6 days now!!! Just hoping it will work soon!

I liked it, combined with healthy eating and exercise and all that malarky i seemed to be boosted within weeks. However, don't suffer in silence if you don't improve soon see the docs. Mine was mild winter blues and nothing more serious....
