I took 8 500mg pacacemol and 5ml syringe of morphine

I can't get it back up

I tried

I've eaten now as I felt sick

What should I do ?

Anyone?

Ring 101 and at least talk to someone. Better to get yourself checked over and to speak to someone who can help you with your mental health xx

Google says single doses above 10g of paracetamol are toxic. Not sure how the morphine interacts - depends on type etc.
I’d be getting myself to a&e or calling for advice. The thing with paracetamol is that it stays in your system and causes liver damage over time, hence the whole stomach pump thing, but obv too late for that now.
They do have some treatments that can attemp to head off the damage caused by paracetamol overdose, but you need to access them quickly.

Were you trying to deal with extreme pain? (In which case you should probably get some medical advice anyway because it definitely isn’t safe to chug paracetamol etc) or were you trying to kill yourself? (In which case you need to contact your crisis team if you have one, or other health professional).

You should be ok with the paracetamol alone as a one off, but I don’t know what difference the morphine makes.

Because paracetamol can fuck your liver. You feel fine now, doesn't mean it can't still kill you. You have a limited time to counteract it and you need assessing.
