I’m feeling very low. Too complicated to go into details but generally I am ok but just not right now. I’ve been working on low self esteem. I have an hour max before dd is up from nap and want to try to feel better. I am going to:
- Do the washing up
- A mindfulness meditation
- If time read a book
What I feel like doing is crying and putting the tv on. Just posting here in the hope that I do the good self care. Thank you.
