Recommendations please for private psychiatrist in Bath area

Hi. A close family member is now very ill and has been for a while, but doesn't meet the "criteria" for referral to a psychiatrist. GP plans to put them on an SSRI but this has previously caused hypomania, though patient doesn't recognise this. Most likely they need to be prescribed a mood stabiliser and the family are thinking an initial appointment with a psychiatrist, privately could have a big positive impact.
