Sertraline stopped working

Hi
I've been on 100ml of sertraline a day for three years, the past few months I've noticed them wearing off.
I'm snappy, cry for no reason, short tempered and have very little interest in doing anything. I also take 80 ml propanol per day for anxiety. Im seeing my doctor this week and was thinking of asking for a different type of anti depressant? What meds have worked for you?
Thanks

I read on another thread people saying that their Ranbaxy brand sertraline wasn't right and they started feeling horrendous basically from unplanned withdrawal. Worth checking what brand you've got?

I feel the same @user1466108618 feel like wine every night 😢 I'm definitely going to ask for a different anti depressant.. such a horrible feeling, especially when you have a dp who doesn't help! X hope u feel better soon x

Hi OP, I'm on Sertraline, 150mg. Have been feeling worse lately, doc has told me to take 200mg. Too early to say if it's working. Maybe ask about doing that ?

I was on these for around a year or so and it was honestly the worst year of my life. I was SO emotional, crying over little things, really sensitive. However, I had no emotions, if that makes sense? I was like a zombie, lost interest and motivation...everything. I decided to come off them and not try anything else, purely because I've been on some form of anti depressant for 9 years and I wanted to get off them. It was the best decision for me personally. However, I would go back to your doctor and chat to him or her about how you're feeling and hopefully you can come up with something to get back on track again. Good luck OP :) X
