I know I'm struggling but can't face getting help.

After having my son at 35+1 I know I'm really struggling with my mental health, I was seeing a counsellor but I stopped that as I couldn't focus on what she was telling me and I felt I was using a service that could've helped someone elsewhere.

I'm too afraid to go to the doctors for help again and I'm just really unsure as what to do.

Have you thought about using one of the telephone helplines?

Personally I found the people at No Panic incredibly helpful. They're all volunteers who have been through the problem themselves so they're very understanding. I'm sure there are other organisations who have a similar service - perhaps other people know of some?
