Healing crystals

Hello! Does anyone believe in the healing power of crystals? Is it legit or just a marketing fad? I'm genuinely interested. I'm not very educated on the topic but if it's worth looking into I will. I want help with stress and read mixed things online about helping.

No negativity please I'm simply just asking.

I think you need to just make your own mind up on things like alternative healing.
If you have a crystal shop near you go in and have a chat, they are usually knowledgable and can give you some advice. If you're not comfortable with that then just pick one or two that you feel drawn to.
I love crystals. I'm not gullible and easily sucked into things, I know a lot of people think it's a load of rubbish. I have a large amethyst by my bed that helps me sleep, for me it works. I know if it's moved as I can't get to sleep. I have other crystals which seem to do nothing. Quartz definitely gives off energy, it's why they put it in watches. I say just give it a try and see how you get on with it Smile

@keepingbees thank you so much for a reply. I'm going to look at getting a rose Quartz! Do you have a piece of jewellery with it in or is it just a stone?

Worst case is that you’re left with a pretty ornament or piece of jewellery. Smile

If they worked, they'd use them at hospitals.

@josiemoon you can wear them as jewellery, pendants are nice. Or you can just carry one in your pocket, whatever you feel is right for you. Some people sleep with them beside them or under the pillow.
Rose quartz is a lovely gentle stone, a good one to start with.
