Hi. Just wondering if anyone with severe anxiety if anyone faints?
A family member suggested is it because of my anxiety?
I keep fainiting like quite a few times outside the school gates when waiting to pick kids up, or when I'm alone in a shop etc. Happened 7 times this year already. Been doctors and hospital they said they can't find nothin wrong with me. So just a thought if anyone else is like this?

Could you be hyperventilating? So the lowered oxygen levels make you pass out?
Are you aware of feeling particularly anxious before it happens?
I know someone who throws up with little warning - panic can do weird things to you.

When you're waiting for the children or in the queue or in a shop are you stood still? I used to faint for no reason and they then said that when standing still I suffered from blood pooling. Basically the blood gets stuck in your legs due to low blood pressure. Sure enough it was always when I was stationary. The way to stop it happening is if you're in a queue, keep moving about, rock from toes to heels and that keeps the blood moving

Hi,
I have anxiety and depression and I've been on sertraline tablets for 6months and I went through a bad experience 5years ago 2months before I met my partner and I haven't had no counselling for it or nothing. I really need some advice from other moms on here.
