I’m really struggling with becoming anxious when on holiday. It doesn’t really affect me the rest of the time.
This weekend I went on a lovely break but felt anxious, had an upset stomach, which made me feel more anxious. There’s nothing specific I worry about, I think it’s just anxious about feeling Ill because I give myself upset stomach from being anxious.
It’s really spoiling some lovely trips. My partner is supportive.
Any tips?
