I have always struggled with sleeping but lately my anxiety seems to have gotten much worse at night.
I'm not sure if it is the heat or what but I seem to still be awake till the early hours. I cannot switch off, my mind is racing and worrying and it's like I just feel so alone and trapped with my thoughts.
I dread the nighttime now as it just seems like horrible time for me. Scared of nightmares too.
Anyone else like this?
