I'm feeling so low this week. I am having some trauma therapy and it's so hard to keep my head above water. Now in addition I have new challenges ahead, a new job soon, and also I have a busy household to run, I feel I can't cope.
Last week the therapist spoke to me in a condescending way and I feel as if she doesn't believe how I am feeling or am anxious unnecessarily.
Everything is a mess and getting on top of me and I feel hopeless and overwhelmed.
