Changing anti D's

My DH is on sertraline has been about 2 years but I don't think its working he's having a really hard time has been poorly for over 12months and constantly feeling low, unhappy etc etc I know life is tough but I just think the Anti D should be helping more?

Going to suggest a switch with his psych does anyone have any recommendations?

he's also on quetiapine but thats a recent drug & is helping although not enough yet.

We'd like something that has minimal side effects esp libido as he has -0 interest in anything

I have tried several different ADs and now take mirtazapine which doesn't have any side effects at all. I think it helps that it is taken at night, so you sleep through any side effect iyswim.

Maybe ask to try an nri instead of an ssri?
