Dh came home ill today which is unheard of for him.
He had chest pain and palpatations over the weekend.
He is lethergic and convinced he is going to have a massive heart attack.
He is healthy, normal bmi,no family history and doesnt smoke. I really think its stress related. he says he couldnt think today and couldnt even remember where he was suppossed to be going when he left for work. His head is fuzzy. I asked him if he would like me to come to the doctor with him and he said he doesnt care either way.
Should i go and if so do i speak or will i just be an unhelpful hinderance ?
Weve been together almost 20 years and ive never known him go to the doctor before ?

Dp was exactly the same ( around the same time actually) last year. He had all of the same symptoms as your DH, he was convinced that he was going to die and felt completely out of control. He immediatly went to see the Dr, who said that he appeared to be 'stressed' (really? no? ) and referred him to the local Mental health team.

He was then diagnosed with anxiety.

Hope your husband is ok
