Help. Severe health anxiety attack.

I'm going away tomorrow (plane phobic too) and I've got teeth ache. Yep, loads of teeth too and bottom. Dentist xrayed the top ones yesterday and saw nothing wrong.

But I've got myself into severe panic. What if I have to go to a foreign dentist? Please calm me down.

hugs. Remember that the person who to you is a foreign dentist, is someone else's favourite family dentist. I had to go to a doctor on holiday once - he was lovely!
