it's all about pushing religion onto their patients.

It's also about praising their favourites, and assigning "mentally" ill traits onto some and not others.

and they wish to beat/section me because i "don't use my intelligence". i don't care about their morals, and don't think that because unlike them i wasn't raised in a church.

I've been treated for mental illness by the NHS for 15 years now and I've never had one experience where religion was even brought up, let alone forced on me! You shouldn't have to tolerate having ANY religion onto you and you'd be well within your rights to complain about this.

Have you posted about this before OP? If so you were advised then that any staff member pushing religion on you should be reported.

I've been in the system for years and have never had religion pushed onto me. It's only ever been mentioned in a context of whether I have a faith (I don't).

If they're recommending a section, I'd be expect there is far more to this story.
