I know they don't, I know it's an irrational squiffy MH related feeling. But it's overwhelming and intensely painful. Anyone else? how do you cope with it?

Me, I feel this way. It sucks huh? I try to think positive thought of good times and when things have gone well to get myself out of a brain rut. Specifically I feel as though everyone hates my children, other family kids are golden children, high achievers, can do no wrong. Can't quite put my finger on it. Hugs OP, you're not alone.

One of my favourite mantras is taken from Helen Fielding's jolly novel Olivia Joules and the Overactive Imagination. The heroine had some Rules For Living.
One of them was: Remember, nobody is thinking about you. They're thinking about themselves, just like you. Smile
I've always found this hugely reassuring if I start to worry how I'm coming across or whether people are Thinking Things.

OP, try shifting the focus from 'What if everyone hates me?' to 'Who in my life could benefit from a little outstretched paw of support right now?'

I know when I've had just a simple message from a friend / colleague/ acquaintance asking how I'm doing or sending good thoughts, it's always cheered me and made me feel warm & fuzzy towards them.

Everyone is fighting a hard battle. I hope you feel better soon. Thanks

It's a lack of confidence OP. You are more than likely over thinking things.
Hold your head high. Be thee not judged SmileFlowers
