I suffer really badly with panic attacks. To the point that I've hyperventilated and thrown up multiple times before. I'm really scared and panicky right now, my partner is in the other room working but I know he won't help me as he's working. I can't deal with this on my ownSad

try this:

Should be a link to a youtube video bout how to deal with panic attacks - this man is quite good I think. Hope you feel better soon. He has many videos.

This is another of his videos, it's quick to understand his message in this one and he has a calming voice:

I used to have severe panic attacks too, I found a few ways of dealing with them, mainly distraction techniques!
-Singing as loud as you can to a song on the radio!
-I went to the Trafford centre a lot and whenever I started to feel a bit panicky, I would go and try something on, for some reason that helped lol! (Not my wallet though)

  • find an article online that explains all the symptoms of a panic attack and read them when you start feeling crappy, seeing it in black and white that you are having all the symptoms really helped me also!
I used to be so bad that I convinced myself that I was going to stop breathing in my sleep, luckily now I barely ever have one and if I feel one coming on then I do all of some of the above! Things will get better xx
