Fast forward to about 2 months ago I was told that my liver function came back high and normally at that level they would looked further into it but because it's alot lower than it had been its OK... My head has just latched onto this and it's ruining my honeymoon.. I feel like crying my eyes out concinved I'm going to get liver failure... Please can anyone help?

Maybe try telling yourself that if it was an emergency they would tell you, so it is best to put it aside until after the honeymoon then challenge yourself to do just one romantic thing with your husband without thinking about it. You might find that when you are having fun you forget about your worries for a while.
If it gets too much, practice breathing. Often with anxiety attacks, your breathing quickens. Focus on count of 3 breathing, in through nose out through mouth.

Maybe you are a bit tense because you think the honeymoon should be perfect. Just relax and think of it as a fun holiday. Take some lovely photos and some funny photos. Try some different foods. Drink plenty of water so you stay hydrated. Ask your new husband some interesting questions and listen properly to his answers.
