Totally crowdsourcing on this one and figured you lovely bunch may be able to help me out. I have a diagnosis of Complex Trauma and a Dissosciative Disorder. I mostly suck at living a normal adult life and so I have come up with a series of lists of things I need to do each working day of the week (although I don't currently work), and things that I need to do at the weekends. I'm hoping it helps me when I am dissociated, which right now, is most of the time. The night before I also write down additional one-off things I need to do that day (i.e. Monday I need to go to Citizen's Advice)
Anyway, do this I need to know things that I need to do for the following:
Every Day: things like shower, teeth brushing, eating meals, getting outside, making bed...
Twice a Week: laundry, bedding, tidy up bed space, check bank account...
Once a Week: nails, clean under bed and cupboard...
Once a Month: pay off some credit card, check and do kitchen cupboard shop...
What other things would you add to these timescales that you've found have been helpful to your mental or physical health please?
