I saw my SW today, and he wants to see me daily, and someone is supposed to be ringing me tonight apparently. I'm really scared, I don't want to end up in hospital again.

I'm still here. Phone calls tonight and tomorrow, then f2f on Sunday. I wish they'd leave me alone.

I'm sure they are just trying to help you. Try and be open with them for the best result.

Thanks for replying. The crisis team have visited this morning, and they're going to visit this afternoon too. I'm not sure why they've switched to visits rather than phone calls. The problem is they ask what they can do to help, but I can't think of anything.
