Hello all. I've been managing not too bad with some symptoms of PTSD but having a difficult few days. Not as bad as in the past but it's so annoying to feel like this again.
Feeling of background rising panic , low , anxious, trembly, tired and weary of feeling like this.
To get better you have to talk, the talk makes you feel worse, to get better you have to talk.
I just want to feel happy and completely normal again.
